We’ll establish what your goals are and make a plan for our time together. Multi-session packages are the best way for savvy pregnant families to get the expert support they need to choose the birth setting that’s right for them.
Session topics usually include a deep dive into the pros and cons of different birth settings, strategies to choose your provider and place of birth, and how to get to a full body YES for your provider and place of birth. Sessions may also include birth preparation tips, and postpartum preparation. Guided meditations may be included for clients who want them.

This class is a place to reflect and explore the option of out-of-hospital birth.
Many people's vision for their birth evolves as their pregnancy progresses. If you were planning to give birth in the hospital but now are unsure if that's the right choice, this class is for you. Or if you are planning a home birth or birth center birth but have reservations, this class is for you too.
Birth is not one size fits all! This class is a place for deep contemplation and reflection on your values, coupled with lots of information and research.
We will discuss some basic risks and benefits of birth at home or in a birth center compared to hospital birth. We'll delve into some lesser-known factors to consider in planning place of birth. Participants will have the chance to clarify their values around their place of birth and reflect on how to make sure their place of birth is the right choice for them. The class includes a balance of reflection, decision-making tools, and information and resources.
