Herbal Healing
Herbal medicine holds a rich tapestry of remedies to nourish the body and bring us into balance. Many plant medicines are simple yet powerful, very safe, and have few side effects.
I love helping people heal using plant medicines. In addition to herbal remedies such as teas, tinctures, and oils, I make use of other modalities to complement herbal healing. I offer integrated sessions that include herbalism, massage, breathwork, guided visualization, and movement.
Available for anyone looking for support with healing. Preconception, pregnant, and postpartum clients welcome! I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation to anyone interested in my services who wants to learn more.

I offer plant walks and other in-person classes around the greater Chicagoland area for people to learn about local medicinal plants. I also offer classes via zoom.
Next class is coming up on five consecutive Mondays in March. Take a deep dive into medicinal plants through the lens of plant families. In this five-week class, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of four botanical families: mallow, rose, carrot and buttercup. We will talk about botanical characteristics of each family, medicinal properties of plants in that family, and how these two are interwoven. This class will be a mix of botanical information, medicinal uses, individual plant profiles, and legends and stories about plants.
This is a five-session class meeting Mondays starting March 2nd through March 30th. Class meets at 6pm - 8pm CST/ 7pm - 9pm EST.
